Grant Criteria

OHS Grants are awarded to nonprofit organizations to expand an existing program or establish a new initiative.

Please review the following criteria to ensure your nonprofit qualifies before applying for an OHS Grant.

  • Must be a Christian nonprofit committed to serving those in need and proclaiming the gospel.
  • Nonprofit must reside in and serve those in the greater Atlanta area within a 50-mile radius of the Georgia State Capitol.
  • Nonprofit must have a 501(c)(3) IRS Tax Exempt Status for two years prior to the time of the application.
  • Nonprofit may not be a church.
  • Grant request must not exceed half of nonprofit’s current operating budget.
  • Grant request for advertising, marketing, and salaries stipends must not exceed 20% in total of the grant request. Salaries are defined as support costs to conduct training or manage the proposed grant project.
  • Grant request must not include ongoing operating expenses, rent, endowments, or capital campaign funding.
  • Past Grant Recipients may not reapply for four years. For example, the earliest a 2022 Grant Recipient can reapply will be in 2026 for an opportunity to be awarded another OHS Atlanta Grant in 2027.

One Hundred Shares is a 501c3 Christ-centered organization that awards financial grants to selected Christian nonprofit ministries in the greater Atlanta area who serve those in need and proclaim the Gospel. Grants are awarded to nonprofit organizations that will use the proceeds to expand an existing program or establish a new initiative.
