1. Once above application is completed, click the highlighted “Submit” button.
2. A pdf file of the above application will be sent to the grant chairperson at grants@100shares.org and the submitted email address for your organization’s application. Be sure to check junk/spam filters for email if not received shortly after submittal.
3. A copy of the submitted pdf file application and any additional accompanying or supporting documents must be put into a file folder and submitted to One Hundred Shares via Dropbox.com.
To do this, log on to Dropbox.com at the following web address: https://www.dropbox.com/home . Please see the link in our website for additional Dropbox instructions. It is located within the Grant Information tab under “Dropbox”.
4. Create a new folder with your ministry name and put application pdf and all supporting documentation into the newly created file folder. Drag and drop your new folder into Dropbox. Please note that the folder must be titled with some version of the name of your ministry organization (i.e., do not title it, “OHS Grant Application”).
5. Once your folder is in Dropbox, click the highlighted “Share” box and share to the OHS grant email: grants@100shares.org. When uploaded and shared, Drobox will invite OHS to accept it. Your organization will receive notice that invite has been accepted and your application will be complete. Your file will be secure within the One Hundred Shares Dropbox.
Important notes regarding application submissions:
*The OHS Grant application deadline is midnight, October 1, each calendar year. Once a grant application is submitted, the applicant is not allowed to make revisions of any kind. No applications will be permitted after that time.
** OHS receives many applications on our submission date. We strongly suggest you familiarize yourself with the process prior to the October 1st date. If your organization is not familiar with DropBox, please feel free to send a trial application earlier in the month. If ample time is provided, the grant chair will be happy to assist you so that on the actual submission deadline, your application process will be simplified.
One Hundred Shares is blessed to consider partnering with you and your ministry organization!
