OHS Grants are awarded to nonprofit organizations to expand an existing program or establish a new initiative.
Grant Process Update:
Our grant process is currently being revised. Please check back in July for updated information about the revised process and future grant opportunities. Thank you for your patience as we work to improve our grant program.
Please review the following criteria to ensure your nonprofit qualifies before applying for an OHS Grant.

- Nonprofit must reside in and serve those in the greater Atlanta area within a 50-mile radius of the Georgia State Capitol.
- Nonprofit must have a 501(c)(3) IRS Tax Exempt Status for two years prior to the time of the application.
- Nonprofit may not be a church.
- Grant request must not exceed half of nonprofit’s current operating budget.
- Grant request for advertising, marketing, and salaries stipends must not exceed 20% in total of the grant request. Salaries are defined as support costs to conduct training or manage the proposed grant project.
