What Happens Next
Confirmation & Document Upload
- Once you submit your online application, you will receive an email confirmation. It will include a PDF copy of your application and information about your next steps.
- Create a Dropbox folder and upload the application summary PDF and all required supporting documents. A complete list of required documents is provided in the Grant Application Checklist. Once all documents have been uploaded, share the folder with grants@100shares.org. Dropbox instructions are included in the checklist.
- Please complete this process within 5 business days of submitting your online application and before the grant deadline.
- Your application is not complete until all required documentation has been uploaded to Dropbox.
Application Review
The OHS Atlanta Board will review all complete applications during the designated review period. Applicants can expect the review process to take several weeks.
Decision Notification
All applicants—whether selected for funding or not—will be notified of the Board's decision following the review process. Grant Recipients will be officially announced and honored at the OHS Atlanta Awards Celebration, typically held in February. Grant funds will be formally awarded during this celebratory event.
